Battery testers are the class of instruments designed to assess the condition—the charge, impedance, ripple current, or other measurement—of batteries to ensure they are working as required. Just as batteries have a very wide range of sizes and uses, so do battery testers.

ESPEC offers two types of standard models: the space-saving PV vertical ovens and the PH horizontal ovens. Both provide horizontal airflow for even exposure to all samples. Control constancy as low as ±0.1°C and uniformity as low as ±0.5°C ensures accurate operation. An exhaust damper is included to ventilate the oven and allow quick cool-down. The standard controller offers two-step programming for simple heat-up or shut-down steps.Four levels of overheat protection are included for safety. A wide variety of options are also available.

Model types:

• Horizontal-type: Controller and blower to the right of the chamber
• Vertical-type: Controller and blower at the top of the chamber (air distributed horizontally from back wall)

Vacuum drying treatment for a wider array of uses: A vacuum (low-pressure) environment has a lower boiling point, allowing drying to be done at a lower temperature. The vacuum oven enables dr ying treatment at a lower temperature for specimens that cannot be treated by conventional high-temperature drying. Furthermore, the vacuum and N2 gas exchange modes enable dr ying of oxidation-averse specimens, as well as drying and heat treatment within a clean environment by eliminating impurities in the chamber through repeated heat treatments or gas exchanges.
A versatile equipment The ovens are ideal for many applications, especially in electronic component production: defoaming when mixing silicone rubber or resins in LED manufacturing, deaerating during resin forming, hardening when injecting e poxy for hybr id ICs, or d r y i ng electronic components after washing. Uncompromising energy-saving mechanisms Power consu mption was reduced through improved air-tightness and insulation achieved by using superior insulation materials and by changing both the door locking mechanism and the enclosure structure. Air-tightness and insulation capacity have a significant impact not only on temperature control but also on pressure control. Through improvement of these properties, the VAC-101 achieves up to 40% energy savings. In addition, the enhanced air-tightness helps prevent a temperature rise in the surrounding area of the chamber
