Notching tool A Series is designed to automatically cuts notch under preset conditions according to ISO 2818, JIS K 7144. By retrieving cutting conditions from the memory it accurately and safely cuts notch with little flash by repeating the standard one-time cutting depth using single-tooth cutter of ISO recommended conditions is approximately 80 sconds.), In addition to cutting notch in Izod and Charpy impact test samples, Model A4 can also cut from multipurpose samples,(A dumbbell) of ISO 3167 and JIS K7139 to impact, bending and creep test samples, etc.

The Semi Auto Melt Indexer is designed for measuring of Melt Flow Rate (MFR) and Melt Volume Rate (MVR) conforms to ISO 1133 and ASTM D1238 with semi-automated functions such as assisted weight lifting, residue purging and assisted cleaning to ease the user’s burden during operation.

 Measurement distance is automatically selected according to the data input from among 5 kinds namely the ASTM 6.35mm, 25.4mm, JIS 4.0mm, 25.0mm and out of standard 1.0mm.
 Intermediate stop distance is measured and the machine stops.
