Through simulation of wind volume and wind speed, TCC-150 can minimize specimen temperature variations, enabling more accurate quick temperature change testing. For specimen temperature, the ramp rate is 15°C/min. For air temperature,the ramp rate is 23°C/min (temperature heat-up average). To maintain a constant temperature change rate for test specimens, the TCC-150 uses a sensor (positioned by the user)for specimen temperature measurement,and a newly-developed high-speed controller that enables highly precise specimen temperature control. This controller enables measurement and control processing at a higher speed than conventional controllers.

• ESPEC makes operating an environmental test chamber easier than ever with the new P-300 controller. An updated ‘tabbed’ user interface allows faster access to any screen. The Environmental stress chamber AR series supports heat load and provides faster temperature cycling performance with a wide temperature and humidity control range. Customers can select the optimal model for their needs based on performance and test area capacity. A chamber is now available that achieves a temperature change rate of 15K/min for specimens that comply with IEC 60068-2-14Nb/2-30/2-38. Faster temperature cycling type with change rate of 20K/min and 25K/min is also available, which is capable of meeting the performance requirements for simulation of extreme and changing environmental conditions.

Compact Ultra Low Temperature Chamber MC－712R･812R

High performance and reliability come in a compact package, covers wide range of temperature testing needs, from ultra-low temperature -85°C to high temperature +180°C. Two models are available: a chamber with a temperature range from -85°C to +180°C and a chamber with a temperature range from -75°C to +100°C. They can be used for various purposes including temperature characteristic testing and low temperature storage testing.

Despite its compact size, the MC series can achieve low temperatures of -75 or -85°C the lowest range of it's class. On the high end, 100 or 180°C can be reached, depending on the specific model. The interior size of the MC series is 2.2 cubic foot, same as model SU-662 and slightly larger than BTZ-133 & BTZ-175. The main benefit of the MC series over other benchtop models is the unmatched low temperature range.
